This simple program (with VB6 source code and compiled exe) sets the Confidence of the system on how well it keeps a radius of 4 from center of its 3D world. It quickly learns to wander a sphere, or "sherical orbital" but these electrons do not travel as in an atom it is one step at a time on its surface.
